What is the best way to store my wine after opening?
Once opened, you should re-cork the bottle and store it in the refrigerator to slow down oxidation. Most Red wines will stay fresh for 3–5 days, while Whites and Rosés typically last 2–3 days. For the best experience, we recommend using a vacuum wine stopper.
Do you offer international shipping?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time through our courier partner’s website.
What should I do if my wine arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your bottle arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund of that bottle’s retail price immediately.
